At Ruh & Ra, we strive to deliver high-quality women’s kurtis and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24-48 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
- Cancellation Fee: A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all cancellations to cover payment gateway charges.
- After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Eligibility for Refund
We only allow refunds under the following specific conditions:
- Manufacturing Damage: If the product has a clear manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Product: If you received a different design, size, or color than what you ordered.
Important Note: To process a refund for damage or wrong products, we highly recommend providing an unboxing video as proof.
Refund Timeline & Process
- 5-Day Window: You must apply for a refund/return within 5 days of the shipping date. After 5 days, no refund or return requests will be entertained.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Used or worn items will not be eligible for a refund.
- Submit Request: You must apply for a refund/return within 5 days of the shipping date.
- Review Period: Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 24 to 48 hours.
- Approval: If your request is approved based on the evidence provided (like photos or unboxing video), the refund/exchange process will proceed.
- Decline Policy: If your request does not match our conditions (e.g., the product is used, damaged by the customer, or the request is made after 5 days), we will decline your refund request, and a refund will not be possible.
- Return Shipping: The cost of shipping the product back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you can request an Exchange for the same product (subject to availability).
- The exchange request must be made within the 5-day window.
- Like refunds, exchange requests will also be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Once approved, we will ship the replacement product after we receive the original item back from you.
Refund Amount & Method
- Original Payment Method: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, UPI, or Card).
- Deductions: * A 4% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: The refund amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days after we approve the return.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Returns requested after 5 days of the shipping date.
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags.
- Slight color variations due to screen resolution or professional photography lighting.

- Accuracy of Information: Please provide your correct contact number, shipping address, and email ID while placing an order.
- Non-Responsibility: If you provide incorrect or incomplete details and we are unable to reach out to you, Ruh & Ra will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product or any refund requests. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are reachable on the provided contact details.

- Condition for Credit/Refund: Any items that are returned damaged, used, or incorrect will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
