• Dispatch: Once processed, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partners.
• Estimated Delivery: * Within Gujarat: 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 7 to 10 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the efficiency of the courier service.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
• You can also track your order status by logging into My Account on our website.

Important Delivery Terms

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. Ruh & Ra is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.
• Failure to Deliver: If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts due to the customer being unavailable or the address being incorrect, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the order.
• Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately at +91 93274 94028.
