Simply visit www.ruhandra.in, browse our collection, select your favorite kurti, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart." Once you are ready, go to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" to enter your details and make the payment.
While you can browse as a guest, we recommend creating an account. This allows you to track your orders, view your order history, and easily request cancellations or refunds through your "My Account" page.
We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring yourself and comparing it with our chart before buying, as we only offer exchanges for manufacturing defects or wrong items.
After a successful payment, you will see an order confirmation screen. You will also receive an automated confirmation via email and WhatsApp within 24–48 hours.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact details. If we cannot reach you due to wrong information, Ruh & Ra will not be responsible for non-delivery or failed refund attempts.
Exchanges & Returns
Yes, we provide exchange services for size or color changes. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping and payment gateway charges associated with the exchange. Please ensure the item is unused and has all original tags intact.

No. For all approved refunds, a 4% payment gateway processing fee and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount.
You must submit your request within 5 days of the shipping date. After 5 days, no exchange or refund requests will be applicable.
Once you submit a request via the website, WhatsApp, or email, our team will review it within 24 to 48 hours.
Yes. If the item is used, washed, damaged by the customer, or if the request is made after the 5-day window, we will decline the request, and an exchange or refund will not be possible.
If there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was sent, we will provide an exchange or refund. We highly recommend filming an unboxing video as proof to support your claim.
Order Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your order directly from the "My Account > View Order" page on www.ruhandra.in. However, cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.
Yes. For all eligible cancellations, a 4% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover transaction charges.
No. Once the order status shows "Shipped" or has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. At this stage, you would need to follow our return/exchange policy once the product arrives.
Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email info@ruhandra.in. We will cancel the duplicate order for you, provided it hasn't been shipped, but the 4% gateway fee will still apply to the refund.
